Shuang Yun (01706) retail IPO 15.2x over-subscribed
Shuang Yun Holdings (01706) said its retail offering was over-subscribed by about
 15.19 times and the international offering was moderately over-subscribed.

The offer price has been determined at HK$0.56 per share, the upper end of the 
indicative price range of HK$0.4 to HK$0.56. The estimated net proceeds amount to about
HK$113.6 million.
  Dealings in shares of Shuang Yun Holdings are expected to commence tomorrow morning, 
with a board lot size of 5,000 shares each.
  Shuang Yun Holdings is currently a Singapore based contractor engaged in road works
services and construction machinery rental services.
