Bestway Global (03358) retail IPO 6.7x over-subscribed
Bestway Global (03358) said its retail offering was over-subscribed by about 6.68 times
and the international offering was moderately over-subscribed.

  The offer price has been determined at HK$4.38 per share, the lower end of the 
indicative price range of HK$4.38 to HK$5.8. The estimated net proceeds amount to about
HK$1,094.1 million.
  Dealings in shares of Bestway Global are expected to commence tomorrow morning, with a 
board lot size of 500 shares each.
  Bestway Global predominantly designs, develops, manufactures and sells outdoor leisure 
products primarily under its own BESTWAY brand umbrella, in conjunction with a portfolio 
of sub-brands to market specific product series.
