CIFI Holdings (00884) October contracted sales up 91%
CIFI Holdings (00884) said the Group's contracted sales (including contracted sales
by joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to
about Rmb9.95 billion in October, an increase of 90.98% from a year earlier, with
contracted GFA of about 624,400 square metres. Contracted average selling price in October
was about Rmb15,900 per square metre.
  The Group's aggregated contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures
and associated companies) and contracted GFA amounted to about Rmb78.87 billion and 4.52
million square metres for the first ten months of 2017. Contracted average selling price
from January to October 2017 was about Rmb17,500 per square metre.
