China Outfitters (1146) controlling holder sells 4.06% stake
China Outfitters (01146) said its controlling shareholder CEC Outfitters Limited had
disposed of 140 million shares yesterday,  representing about 4.06% of the issued
share capital, to executive director Huang Xiaoyun for HK$39.2 million.

  After such disposal, the shareholding of CEC Outfitters reduced to about 47.7% from
51.76% and the shareholding of Huang increased to about 4.08% from 0.02%. CEC Outfitters 
remains the controlling shareholder and the single largest shareholder of China

WKK INTL (HOLD) (00532.HK)    +0.100 (+15.152%)      announced the results for its subsidiary, Taiwan Kong King, for the nine months ended September 2014. The unaudited combined after-tax net profit decreased 30.26% to $12.239 million, compared with the same period last year. Revenue amounted to $177 million.
