China South City (01668) to issue US$300m senior notes
China South City (01668) said it agreed to issueUS$300 million 7.25% senior notes due 2022
  The offering price of the notes will be 97.96% of the principal amount.
  The estimated net proceeds of about US$288.45 million will be used primarily to
refinance existing indebtedness in relation to the construction and development of our 
projects and for general corporate purposes.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
