Sansheng Holdings (02183) to place up to US$135m bonds
Sansheng Holdings (02183) said it agreed to place floating rate secured bonds due 2018
in the principal amount of up to US$135  million.

The rate of interest will be the sum of 4.3% per annum and a rate with reference to
LIBOR for deposits in U.S. dollars for the relevant interest period and payable on 17 May
2018 and the maturity date.
The net proceeds are intended to be used for general corporate purpose.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
