HSI Dives 337 pts; Blue Chips Broadly Head South Hang Seng Index followed the external market to open lower 256 pts, breaching below 10-day MA (20,043) and 20,000 pts. The benchmark index tumbled 337 pts or 1.7% to end the morning session at 19,781. Hang Seng China Enterprises Index lost 151 pts or 1.8% to  8,274. Half-day turnover amounted to $33.31 billion. BofAML Raises GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK) Target to $32; Rated Buy Bank of America Merrill Lynch said in its report that GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK)    -0.200 (-0.709%)       Short selling $7.15M; Ratio 40.749%      outperformed peers since the beginning of this year, mainly bolstered by positives, such as adding stakes of chairman. The research house remained bullish on the shareholders' return as a result of the active asset transactions by the management of the company. The target price was raised from $30 to $32 to reflect improvement in fundamentals with rating of Buy.  Bank of America Merrill Lynch considered Hong Kong hotel business has showed signs of bottoming out and the sturdy share price of CHAMPION REIT (02778.HK)    -0.010 (-0.253%)       Short selling $1.47M; Ratio 12.284%      can sustain the valuation of the company.

CICC Expects TENCENT (00700.HK) 1Q Results to be Strong; Reiterated Buy CICC, in its report, expected the 1Q results of TENCENT (00700.HK)    +4.800 (+3.095%)       Short selling $518.96M; Ratio 15.117%      to be strong and the 1Q revenue to grow 41% yearly or 3.8% quarterly to RMB31.6 billion, mainly boosted by PCs and mobile phones games. According to non-GAAP, net profit rose 36.3% yearly or 7.4% quarterly to RMB9.6 billion. The research house expected the revenue from advertising to gain 113% yearly and 1.2% quarterly, beating the market expectation of falling 2% quarterly. CICC maintained TENCENT at Buy with target of $188.
