DreamEast (00593) buys land in Zhejiang province for RMB226m
DreamEast Group (00593) said its wholly-owned 
subsidiary DreamEast (Jiaxing) Cultural Investment has succeeded in the bid of the land
use right of a state-owned land parcel located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang 
Province, the PRC, through the listing-for-sale process for RMB225.5 million (equivalent 
to HK$265.8 million).
  The land parcel, occupying a total site area of 242,512 sqm, is located next to the land
of phase I of Dream East Jiashan. The land parcel is to be developed as phase II of the
project, and is intended for developing, among others, service apartment in resort area
for sale, recreational or entertainment facilities and hotel.
