Shenzhen Invest (00604) October contracted sales down 62%
Shenzhen Investment (00604) said the group's contracted sales for October amounted to
about Rmb270 million, representing a decrease of about 3.6% month-on-month anda decrease
of about 62% year-on-year. The contracted sales area was about 29,556 square metres
up about 18.9% month-on-month and down about 67.8% year-on-year.

For the first ten months of this year, the Group recorded a total contracted sales of
about Rmb10.51 billion, representing a decrease of about 43.7% year-on-year,and the total
contracted sales area was about 509,635 square metres, down 40.7% year-on-year. The
average selling price was about Rmb20,623 per square metre.
