Anton Oilfield (03337) to issue additional USD senior notes
Anton Oilfield Services (03337) said it commenced the exchange offer with respect
to the outstanding US$243.25 million 7.5% senior notes due 2018 held by non-U.S.
persons outside the United States.
The company is also conducting a separate concurrent offering to issue and sell
additional US dollar denominated senior notes due 2020.
Anton Oilfield will use the net cash proceeds for the purpose of refinancing, among
others, the existing notes and for general corporate purposes.
