Fantasia (01777) and Colour Life Services Group 01778) said certain subsidiaries of
(Colour Life proposed to acquire from certain subsidiaries of Fantasia the entire
beneficial interest in Shenzhen Xingfu WanxiangInvestment Partnership Co. (Limited Partnership)
and the entire equity interest in Wanxiangmei Property Management Co., Ltd.at Rmb2.012.52M

  Shenzhen Wanxiang is principally engaged in the business of property management. 
Shenzhen Wanxiang holds 99% of the equity in Wanxiangmei Property Management, which is 
principally engaged in the business of property management.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
