GT Steel Group (08402) retail IPO 115x over-subscribed
GT Steel Construction Group (08402) said its  retail offering was over-subscribed by about 115.2 times and the placing was moderately over-subscribed.

The offer price has been determined at HK$0.54 per share, near the lower end of the
indicative price range of HK$0.5 to HK$0.7. The estimated net proceeds amount to about 
HK$35.9 million. 
Dealings in shares of GT Steel Construction Group are expected to commence tomorrow
morning, with a board lot size of 5,000 shares each.
GT Steel Construction Group designs, supplies, fabricates and erects structural
steelworks for the construction of buildings, including technological plants, industrial 
buildings, commercial buildings, government institutions and residential buildings in
Singapore starting from 2003.
