Yestar Health (02393) controlling holder pledges 10% stake
Yestar Healthcare (02393) said its Chairman, CEO and one of the controlling shareholders
Hartono James has entered into a loan agreement with a financial institution in relation
to the provision of a loan to Hartono in the principal amount of US$35 million and
pursuant to which Hartono has pledged his 217.52 million shares in Yestar Healthcare
as security of the loan in favour of the lender. 
The pledged shares represent 10% of the total issued share capital of Yestar Healthcare.
As at 10 November 2017, Hartono James, Hartono Jeane, Hartono Rico and Hartono Chen Chen
Irene currently held about 63.88% stake in Yestar Healthcare.
