M Stanley Expects China Home Sales to Slow Down in Sep-Oct; Keeps 2017 Growth Forecast at 6%
Morgan Stanley, in its report, said that August data for Chinese developers saw a moderate growth with sales volume and sales amount gaining 2% and 4% on a yearly basis respectively. Given 4% yearly growth of land transaction in August, developers are expected to increase land reserves continuously. The broker anticipated that the sales growth in September to October will ease due to high base.
