GCL New Energy hires Xi'an Datang Electric for Anhui project
GCL New Energy (00451) said it entered into a procurement and construction agreement with
 Xi'an Datang Electric Power Design andResearch Institute Co., Ltd. as contractor in relation to the 60MW photovoltaic power station project located at the coal mining
subsidence area in Nanping town of Suixi County of Huaibei City of Anhui Province,
the PRC at an estimated sum of about Rmb374 million.
Xi'an Datang Electric also agreed to purchase from GCL New Energy certain solar power
station equipment for Rmb124 million for the Huaibei project.
Xi'an Datang Electric was established in 1991. It is an established EPC contractor and 
principally engaged in the provision of sub-contracting services in relation to new energy
projects such as procurement and sale of equipment and materials, installation and testing
of equipment, design, construction and technical consultancy.
