Zhejiang Shibao parent's stake reduced on bonds conversion
Zhejiang Shibao (01057) said conversion has been made by the bond holders of the exchangeable bonds of its controlling shareholder 
Zhejiang Shibao Holding Group Co., Ltd. in order to exchange 3.56 million A shares of
Zhejiang Shibao for Rmb100 million at Rmb11.96 per A share, during the period from 31 July
to 15 September 2017.
  The aforementioned conversion results a decline in Shibao Holding's shareholding of the
total share capital of Zhejiang Shibao from 44.01% to 43.56%, representing a decline in
shareholding of the A share capital from 60.66% to 60.04%. Shibao Holding still remains as
the controlling shareholder of Zhejiang Shibao.
