State En Assets (00918) to buy Czech luxury hotel at HK$174m
State Energy Group International Assets (00918)said it agreed to acquire the entire registered capital
in Le Palais - Praha s.r.o. at CZK496.1 million (equivalent to about HK$174 million) in cash.

  The target company owns a luxury hotel with 72 rooms in the Czech Republic. It is one of
luxury hotels close to the Prague Congress Centre and has received many awards.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
