Chen Xing (02286) to buy two Haikou sites at Rmb147m
Chen Xing Development (02286) said it agreed to acquire the entire equity interest
 in Hainan Yousheng Hongtor Real Estate Development Company Limited at Rmb147 million.
  The target currently is not engaged in any business activity and its major assets are
the two land parcels situated in Haiyu East Line in Haikou City, Hainan Province, the PRC
with an estimated aggregate area of 87,021.33 square metres

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
