Zhuangyuan Pa (01533) gets approval for A share offering
Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture (01533) said its application for the proposed initial publi
c offering of not more than 46.84 million A shares has been approved by the Main Board
Issuance Approval Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Committee (CSRC).
Currently, the company has not received the written approval from the CSRC.
