C&D Int'l (01908) wins bid for Xiamen site at Rmb1.72bn
C&D International Investment (01908) said it has successfully won the bid for the auction
for the land use rights of a land located at Jimei New City, Jimei District, Xiamen,
Fujian Province, the PRC at Rmb1,722 million.
The land has a total site area of about 20,176 square metres and an estimated gross
floor area of about 56,500 square metres for residential and commercial use. The terms of
the land use rights of the land are 70 years for residential use and 40 years for
commercial use respectively.
