Comtec Solar, Macquarie to develop downstream solar biz
Comtec Solar Systems (00712) said the company and Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Ltd agreed
to form a co-investment vehicle for the purpose of developing and expanding downstream
solar business. 
The co-investment vehicle will be owned as to 50% by each of Comtec Solar and Macquarie
Capital. The total subscription amount to be paid by each party for the transaction will 
be up to a maximum of US$5 million.
  All proceeds of the transaction will be applied towards funding the development, project
management and construction of distributed solar generated power projects in the PRC with
an aggregate capacity of 30-40 Megawatts.
  Macquarie Capital is a subsidiary of Macquarie Group. Macquarie Group is a global
diversified financial group.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
