Orange Sky G H (01132) says HK$10m CB converted

Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment (01132)said it has received a conversion notice from investor Wan Tai Investments Limited for the conversion of the Series 1 convertible bonds in the principal amount of HK$10 million at the conversion price of HK$0.67.   The investor is an indirectly wholly-owned special purpose vehicle of CCB International (Holdings) Limited.   Orange Sky Golden Harvest allotted and issued 14.93 million conversion shares to the investor, representing around 0.52% of the enlarged issued shares.
