RS Macalline (01528) to issue US$300m guaranteed bonds 

 Red Star Macalline (01528) said it agreed to issue 3.375% notes due 2022 in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.
  The company currently intends to use the net proceeds to invest in the development of
certain of the Group's portfolio shopping malls, purchase properties for the Group's 
operational use, invest in or acquire participants in the home improvement and furnishings
business or related businesses, replenish working capital of the Group and apply to
general corporate purposes of the Group.
  Morgan Stanley, Citi, CICC HK Securities and China Merchants Securities (HK), as the 
joint global coordinators, and Morgan Stanley, Citi, CICC HK Securities, China Merchants 
Securities (HK), Guotai Junan International and DBS Bank Ltd., as joint bookrunners, are 
managing the issue of the bonds.
