Xin Point (01571) to buy Jiujiang land & factories at Rmb36m
Xin Point Holdings (01571) said it agreed to acquire from WLT Metal Finishing Technology
(Jiujiang) Co., Ltd. the land use rights of a piece of land located in Jiujiang City,
Jiangxi Province, the People's Republic of China together with the two factories situated
thereon at a total of Rmb36 million.   The acquisition is expected to facilitate the Group's plans to establish a new 
production base in the economic and technological development zone in Jiujiang City, 
Jiangxi Province, the PRC. It is expected that the new production base will commence 
operation in late 2018. The permitted use of the factories includes electroplating and 
production of electroplated products.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
