Minsheng Bank (01988) issues Rmb15bn tier-two capital bonds
China Minsheng Banking Corp. (01988) said it successfully issued tier-two capital bonds with an aggregate amount of Rmb15 billion in
the national inter-bank bond market.
The bonds have a term of 10 years. The issuer is entitled to conditionally redeem the
bonds at the end of the fifth year. The coupon rate of the bonds is 4.7%.
The proceeds from the bonds will be used to replenish the tier-two capital of Minsheng 
Bank
