Enviro Energy (01102) terminates granite mining firm buy
Enviro Energy (01102) said the agreement regarding the proposed acquisition of the entire
equity interest in China Area  International Development Limited lapsed, as the conditions
have not been all fulfilled and the parties had not reached any agreement to extend the
conditions fulfillment date.
The target group holds an exploration licence for the mining right of granite at a 
mining site located at Guojia Village, Gaojia Mountain Range Township, Xingcheng City, 
Liaoning Province, the PRC of 0.1479 km2 for a period from 21 February 2016 to 21 July 
2017.
