Sitoy Group (1023) year net down 43% to HK$211m; div HK6 cts
Sitoy Group (01023) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 201
7 dropped 42.97% year-on-year to HK$211 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK21.08 cents.
Revenue amounted to HK$1,917 million, a decrease of 32.4% from a year earlier.
Gross profit decreased 32.4% year-on-year to HK$518 million. The gross profit margin 
remained stable at around 27% for both of the years ended 30 June 2017 and 2016.
The proposed final dividend is HK6 cents (2016: HK13 cents and a special dividend of 
HK15 cents) per share, payable on or before 8 December.

New Sports (00299) to buy Shenzhen residential apartments [Nomad Investors]  New Sports Group (00299) said it agreed to purchase a total 56 residential apartments situated at Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the PRC at   Rmb421 million.    The properties have a total floor area of about 6,342.3 square metres. The land use  right of the properties commenced on 23 October 2012 and will end on 22 October 2082.
