SINO HAIJING (01106.HK)  -0.030 (-3.750%)   announced that the company has entered into a construction agreement for construction of production plant with the project cost of RMB 9.12 million. Nan Chang City Construction Group will be the contractor. 

It is expected that the construction of production plant will commence in October 2014 and put in operation in July 2015
