The company recorded a net profit of around $113 million, representing an increase of 27.4%, compared with the same period of last year. The increase was mainly attributable to the completion of the group’s acquisition of the remaining 20% equity of its subsidiary, Tonly Electronics Limited in May. The EPS was $75.33 cents. No dividend will be declared
