LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)  -0.260 (-2.342%)   Short selling $111.87M; Ratio 25.876%  announced that the company will establish a subsidiary for the development of terminal businesses including internet phones. The business mode of the new company will be internet-focused mainly, interacting with consumers in the domain of sales, marketing and product development.

The operation of the new company will  commence on 1 April 2015 with separate company names and entire new sub-brands.
