Daniel Wong, Vice President of Research and Development of the Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, said he sees increased overseas demand for yuan assets or bonds as since 2011, the outstanding amount of dim-sum debt in HK has been rising 60% yearly, and the reading at present equals RMB440 billion. For this year as of 17 October, the overall return for dim-sum debts equals 2.33%, against 3.8% last year.
