VANTAGE INT'L (00015.HK)  -0.030 (-5.172%)   announced the interim results for September ended 2014. Net profit amounted to $47.347 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 34.36%. EPS totaled HK 2.71 cents. No interim dividend will be declared.

Looking ahead for the fourth quarter, with the Asian business getting back to normal, relatively low base in the second half of the year and the launch of new products, the company's sales growth may accelerate. Given the expected negative trend of the company's revenue, coupled with deleveraging, the company's EPS forecasts for FY2014-2015 were further cut by 7% and 5% respectively.
