MINMETALS LAND (00230.HK)  +0.070 (+7.865%)   announced that Beijing Wanhu, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into the service agreement with Beijing Vanke on 24 November in which Beijing Vanke agreed to provide pre-construction planning, procurement of raw materials, supervision and cost control for residential development project “Fortune Garden” situated in Haidian District, Beijing, the PRC.

Looking ahead for the fourth quarter, with the Asian business getting back to normal, relatively low base in the second half of the year and the launch of new products, the company's sales growth may accelerate. Given the expected negative trend of the company's revenue, coupled with deleveraging, the company's EPS forecasts for FY2014-2015 were further cut by 7% and 5% respectively.
