Goldman Sachs stated that CMS (00867.HK)  +0.220 (+1.551%)    Short selling $2.06M; Ratio 2.930%   increased shareholdings in Tibet Rhodiola Pharmaceutical with RMB 780 million. Upon the completion, the shareholdings will be increased to 26.6%. It is considered that the trade will be beneficial to the group, securing the long term partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.
The target price of China Medical System was raised from $14.2 to $15, representing 34x and 27x of the P/E in 2014 and 2015. The rating was maintained at Buy.
