As international oil price picked up after three days' decline, oil stocks rebounded. CNOOC (00883.HK)  +0.400 (+3.484%)    Short selling $119.89M; Ratio 8.985%   , owing upstream oilfield assets, became an outperformer which hit the peak at $1.96 and breached above the 10MA ($11.66) and 20MA ($11.88). The stock last soared 4% to $11.94.

PETROCHINA (00857.HK)  +0.160 (+1.874%)    Short selling $50.96M; Ratio 4.714%   last rallied 2.3% to $8.74. SINOPEC CORP (00386.HK)  +0.080 (+1.284%)    Short selling $69.99M; Ratio 18.301%   recouped the 10MA ($6.33) and last traded at $6.37, up 2.2%.

Oil service stocks also advanced. ANTON OILFIELD (03337.HK)  +0.290 (+17.576%)    Short selling $21.41M; Ratio 7.007%   once surged 18% to the day-high of $1.95 and last stood at $1.9, up 15%. SPT ENERGY (01251.HK)  +0.320 (+16.667%)    Short selling $648.62K; Ratio 1.254%   once rose above the 20MA (about $2.25) and last bounced 13% to $2.17.
