Shenyang Public (00747) to buy Hebei properties at Rmb110m
Shenyang Public Utility (00747) said it agreed 
to purchase 11 shop units with a total gross floor area of about 3,168 square metres 
together with 60 car parking spaces on basement level of Phase 5 of Tian Zi Zhuang Yuan, 
located at Yanjiao National HighTech Industrial Development Area, Sanhe City, Hebei
Province at a total of Rmb110 million.
  The land use rights of the property have been granted for commercial use for a term from
9 July 2004 to 3 February 2063.
  The acquisition provides capital appreciation potential to the Group, and also enables 
the Group to generate a considerable rental income and strengthen income base of the 
Group.
