Country Garden (02007) sees annual profit to rise over 90%

Country Garden (02007) said it expects to record a substantial increase in its net profit and profit attributable to shareholders for the  year ended 31 December 2017 as compared with the previous year.   Of which, the profit attributable to shareholders is expected to record an increase of  more than 90% over that of the previous year. The increase was primarily attributable to  the increase in the recognized revenue from the sale of properties of the Group during the relevant period, the substantial increase in the average selling price and the gross  profit margin of such properties.   Its final results announcement is expected to be published in the second half of March.
