C&D International Investment Group (01908) said
it has successfully won the bid for the auction for the land use rights of a land located
at the Weitang Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, the PRC for a total of
Rmb458.35 million.
The land has a total site area of about 22,256 square metres and an estimated gross
floor area of about not exceeding 44,512 square metres for commercial-service and
urban-residential use. The terms of the land use rights of the land are 40 years and 70
years respectively. The land is intended to be developed as a residential and commercial
project. |
