Milestone Builder (01667) to buy Osaka land at HK$15.82m
Milestone Builder (01667) said its indirectly
70%-owned subsidiary agreed to acquire the land located at 1-25, Kitakawahoricho,
Tennoji-ku, Osaka, Japan at JPY220 million (equivalent to about HK$15.82 million).
  The land has a site are of about 228 square metres and expected gross floor area of
about 1,073 square metres. It is designated for commercial usage.
  Milestone Builder considers that the property development business in Japan would allow
the Group to leverage on its existing experiences in building construction services as 
well as alternation, addition, fitting-out works and building services; and partnering 
with the JV partner would create synergies for the property development business in Japan
with the experiences from the JV partner on real estate investment and hospitality 
management perspectives.
