Jiayuan Intl 2017 contracted sales up 123% to Rmb10.37bn
Jiayuan International (02768) said the contracted
sales of the Group was about Rmb3,106.2 million in December, an increase of 353% from a
year earlier, with the corresponding gross floor area sold of about 323,871 square metres.
The contracted average selling price was about Rmb9,591 per square metre.
  For the twelve months ended 31 December 2017, the contracted sales of the Group was
about Rmb10,370.2 million, up 123% year-on-year, with the corresponding gross floor area 
sold was about 1.18 million square metres. The contracted average selling price was about
Rmb8,813 per square metre.
