Honghua Group (00196) redeeming US$77M of 2019 Notes 
 Honghua Group (00196) has informed the trustee and holders of the 2019 Notes that US$77 million in principal amount of the outstanding 2019 Notes will be redeemed on 12 February 2018 at a redemption price equal to 103.725% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the redemption date.

The outstanding principal amount of the 2019 Notes is US$200.0 million. Upon completion of the redemption on the redemption date, the outstanding principal amount of the 2019 Notes will be US$123 million and all redeemed 2019 Notes will be cancelled.

CLSA lowers Beijing Ent Water (00371) to HK$6   CLSA cut its target price for Beijing Enterprises Water (BEW)(00371) by 8% to HK$6, and reiterated its "buy" rating.   The research house said BEW's share price has dropped 14% in the last two trading days.
