PING AN (02318.HK) A/H Shareholders Not Granted Any Assured Entitlement to Ping An Good Doctor
Ping An Good Doctor, a subsidiary of PING AN (02318.HK), plans for Hong Kong listing. The company had announced that it would offer assured entitlement to H shareholders only but not A shareholders. Yesterday (19 March), at the EGM of the company, 84% A shareholders voted down the resolution, meaning both A and H shareholders would not be granted any assured entitlement.
