C Suisse Raises SUNNY OPTICAL (02382.HK) Target to $186; Rated Outperform
SUNNY OPTICAL (02382.HK)  -1.300 (-0.814%)    Short selling $288.88M; Ratio 12.441%   's 2H17 net profit topped estimates, Credit Suisse said in its report. At the analysts' meeting, the company laid out shipment guidance for 2018 with 15-20%/ 30-35%/ 30-35% shipment growth for the HCM/ handset lens/ vehicle lens segments. Credit Suisse found that vehicle camera module business was the key surprise. Accompanied by 2018 guidance exceeding street consensus, the research house foresaw long-term growth for the company.

The target price was raised to $186 from $155.5 with rating maintained at Outperform.

The unaudited combined after-tax net profit decreased 30.26% to $12.239 million, compared with the same period last year. Revenue amounted to $177 million.
