CHINA RES LAND 2017 Core Net Profit Up 17.7% to $19.16B; Final Div 86.7 Cents
CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK)  +0.400 (+1.411%)    Short selling $44.70M; Ratio 22.231%   announced the annual results for the year ended 2017. Net profit rose 18.03% yearly to $23.017 billion. EPS equaled $3.32. A final dividend of 86.7 cents was declared. Including the interim dividend, the full-year dividend grew 37.4% yearly to 96.7 cents. The dividend payout was 35%.

In 2017, core net profit excluding revaluation gain from investment properties reached $19.16 billion, representing a yearly growth of 17.7%
