KWG PROPERTY: Div Payout Held at 30-40% for Years
Kong Jian Min, the Chairman of KWG PROPERTY (01813.HK)  -0.860 (-7.376%)    Short selling $15.93M; Ratio 9.752%   , said at the press conference that the financial condition of the company is healthy.

Tsui Kam Tim, the CFO of the company, mentioned that the dividend payout of the company has been maintained at 30-40% in past few years, stressing on stable dividend of the company.

WKK INTL (HOLD) (00532.HK)    +0.100 (+15.152%)      announced the results for its subsidiary, Taiwan Kong King, for the nine months ended September 2014. The unaudited combined after-tax net profit decreased 30.26% to $12.239 million, compared with the same period last year. Revenue amounted to $177 million.
