In August, the above-scale industrial added value grew only 6.9% in August, hitting a fresh low since 2009. An official from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said in an interview with DZH News that such figure was out of his expectation, and he stressed that the country must boost the effective demand in the next four months, otherwise, the industrial growth will deviate from the reasonable range.
