HSI Rises 282 pts; CN Financials, Oil Stocks Bounce

New York oil futures saw a significant rebound of nearly 8%. Hang Seng Index opened higher 198 pts this morning and reclaimed the level of 19,000. The benchmark index once leaped 346 pts at most to the peak at 19,338. It eventually finished the morning session higher by 282 pts or 1.5% at 19,274, reclaiming 10-day MA. Hang Seng China Enterprises Index recouped the level of 8,000, rising 161 pts or 2.1%. Market turnover totaled $38.57 billion.
