HSI Rises 76 pts; Tencent Breaches Above Peak Level Again Trading in the shares of U.S bourses suspended last night (5 September). Hang Seng Index once retreated after opening higher this morning and dropped roughly 100 pts to bottom at 23,548. However, the benchmark index peaked at 23,750 afterwards, hitting over a year high again. It finished the morning trade higher 76 pts or 0.3% to 23,726.
