 SKL (00974.HK)  -0.010 (-0.341%)   announced that BDO Limited resigned as auditors of the company with effect from 29 December 2017.

SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited was appointed as the new auditors of the company to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of BDO and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
