HENGAN INT'L Buys 100% Weifang Power from Connected Company at RMB150M

 HENGAN INT'L (01044.HK)  +3.150 (+3.702%)    Short selling $93.26M; Ratio 27.536%   announced that Hengan Mega Jumbo and Hengan China Investment (each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), entered into the agreement to collectively acquire the entire equity interest in Weifang Power from the connected company Advance Asia and Weifang Henglong at RMB150 million.

CLSA lowers Beijing Ent Water (00371) to HK$6   CLSA cut its target price for Beijing Enterprises Water (BEW)(00371) by 8% to HK$6, and reiterated its "buy" rating.   The research house said BEW's share price has dropped 14% in the last two trading days. The loss amounted to $541 million, against the profit of $975 million in the year-ago period. Loss per share equaled $3.25. A second interim dividend of $0.5 was declared.
